Something is disturbing Detective Kyoko’s mind. She receives the files to her father’s old case as a detective himself, tracking down an infamous serial killer named Charlie. Despite the crime seemingly solved, Kyoko has her suspicions that there’s more to this case than meets the eye.
Arriving at the former crime scene, Kyoko investigates the area with a fresh pair of eyes, however, whilst investigating the case, a familiar voice rings in her ears, sending a chill down her spine. Charlie is at the scene, alive and well, having expected Kyoko.
He reveals that in prison, he had became something far more powerful and dangerous, faking his demise, breaking out of prison and plotting his revenge against the man who locked him away.
