Matty is the acting head of the legion. Every hunter under the legion is at her command, giving her an insurmountable level of power. The only one that threatened Matty’s position with their talent was the unrivalled Amirah. In fear of losing her title, Matty had arranged to rig Amirah’s final task, making it impossible for her to complete without losing her own life. With Amirah believed to be dead, Matty brags about eneuring she will remain in charge at the cost of Amirah’s life.
